Directions
1. Begin your work by placing a medium-saute pan on a stove over medium heat. Now, pour only â…› cup of olive oil and add all the other raw vegetables mentioned above, i.e., onion, bell peppers, black olives, and jalapenos. Saute the onions until they become translucent.
2. Next, take a large-size bowl and add all the beans, i.e., chickpeas, white beans, and black beans. Afterward, add all the seasonings that include garlic, rolled oats, paprika, chili powder, dried oregano, fresh parsley leaves, red chili flakes, ground cumin, ground sage, salt, and breadcrumbs.
3. Mix all these constituents nicely. Then, add sauteed vegetables into this mixture and integrate vegetable patties concoction very well.
4. After mixing thoroughly, form it into four patties. Cover these patties and allow it to refrigerate it for thirty minutes.
5. After refrigerating the patties, heat another â…› cup of olive oil in a pan. For two to three minutes, fry the patties per side.

RECIPE NOTES:
1. In case of having an egg allergy, replace the egg with one tablespoon of ground flaxseed mixed with three tablespoons of water. Let this mixture stands for a few minutes until it thickens.
