Ingredients
1. Beef 1/2 kg
2. Ghee 1/2 cup
3. Garlic/Ginger Paste 2 Tea Spoon
4. Salt 1 Tea Spoon
5. Black Pepper2 Tea Spoon
6. Butter 2 Table Spoon
7. Green Chillies 8
8. Fresh Coriander Leaves
Directions
1. Put ghee, meat, garlic/ginger paste and salt in a pressure cooker and keep moving the ladle for 5 minutes on high flame.
2. Now add cumin seeds and 1 teaspoon black pepper and further move the ladle for the next 5 minutes.
3. Now add 8 tomatoes without skin, 2 glass of water and close the pressure cooker lid for 20 minutes. Open a lid and move everything into a Karahi.
4. Now add butter, remaining 1 teaspoon of black pepper and green chilies, further move the ladle for 5 minutes on the normal flame.
5. Now add coriander leaves and your Shinwari Beef is ready.
