1. 750gm chicken
2. One cup of oil
3. Salt 1 teaspoon
4. Black pepper
5. Green chilies (8-10 chilies)
6. Tomatoes (5 pieces)
7. Ginger/garlic paste.
Directions
1. Add one teaspoon of salt in oil and put the chicken in it and fry for 5-6 minutes as soon as it gets golden remove 75% of oil from the pot and save it for future cooking.
2. Now add 5 tomatoes (two-piece per tomato) and a quarter cup of water mixed garlic/ginger paste.
3. Cover the pot for 10-15 mins on low flame.
4. Next, remove the skin of tomatoes (super easy) crush them with a ladle and add 8 to 10 green chilies
5. Now keep moving the ladle on normal flame by the time masala leaves oil and changes its color to a fully cooked meal.
6. You are almost done, just add one and half teaspoon of black pepper, ginger, and green chilies to give it a beautiful look and you are done.
It's a very simple/basic recipe but tastes amazing. Good luck
